7- PINEAPPLE, CINNAMON AND PAHAL SMOOTH

What you need:

  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1 cup cooked oatmeal
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup almonds
  • 1 glass of water
  • 1 glass of orange juice
  • honey for sweetness

instructions

  1. Boil the oats in 1½ cups of water for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oats are nice and thick.
  2. Remove the porridge from the stove and let it cool to room temperature.
  3. While the oats are cooling, add all remaining ingredients to the Nutribullet and stir for about 30 seconds.
  4. Add the pulp to the mixture and mix for another 30 seconds.
  5. Drink it right away for best results.
