What you need:

  • 1 cup chopped pineapple
  • 1 cup cherries or cherry juice
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 1 inch chopped ginger
  • ½ cup coconut milk – fresh or canned, you decide.

instructions

  1. Wash and peel pineapple and cherries (if using fresh cherries).
  2. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, about 60 minutes.
  3. Refrigerate for best freshness and flavor, or drink straight away.
