 4- DELICIOUS STRAWBERRY AND PINEAPPLE

What is necessary:

  • 1 cup pineapple, skinned and diced.
  • 1 glass of strawberries.
  • 1 tablespoon cold pressed coconut oil
  • 1 carrot, peeled and chopped
  • 1 ipo Talus
  • ½ inch ginger, chopped and peeled
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder or 2 inches chopped turmeric root.
  • 1 cup milk – can be replaced with any alternative milk of your choice, such as soy, almond or rice milk.
  • ½ cup ice cubes

instructions

  1. Make sure your fruits and vegetables are well washed and prepared.
  2. Add all ingredients to Nutribullet and mix until thick and smooth.
  3. Serve the cocktail fresh.
