3- Matcha-Turmeric-Milk

Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup almond milk
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon matcha
  • ¼ cup boiling water
  • raw honey to taste

Addresses:

  1. Combine almond milk, turmeric, ground nutmeg and cinnamon in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat.
  2. Boil for a minute over low heat.
  3. Remove from heat and pass the mixture through a fine sieve. Set aside.
  4. Place the matcha powder in a heat-resistant mug.
  5. Add boiling water and stir to get rid of lumps.
  6. Add turmeric mixture, sweeten to taste with raw honey and serve.
