2- Milk with turmeric and ginger

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 (1/2 inch) piece ginger, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon whole black peppercorns
  • raw honey to taste

Addresses:

  1. Combine all ingredients except raw honey in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat.
  2. Boil for a minute over low heat.
  3. Remove from heat and pass the mixture through a fine sieve.
  4. Sweeten with raw honey if desired and serve.
