6- Green tea with mint and lemon

ingredients

  • 1 cup/250ml hot water
  • 6-7 Mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons green tea leaves
  • 1 whole lime

preparation

  1. Add water and mint leaves to utensil of choice.
  2. Heat the water until it starts to boil.
  3. Keep it in this state for at least five minutes.
  4. Turn off the gas and add green tea leaves.
  5. Let them soak for at least five minutes.
  6. Using a colander, remove the leaves and pour into a cup.
  7. Drink it while it’s hot to see its benefits.
