10- Chia and lemon drink

What you need:

  • 2 teaspoons of chia seeds
  • 2 glasses of water 
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon

Method:

  1. Soak chia seeds in a glass of water for 10 minutes.
  2. Put the soaked chia seeds in a glass. 
  3. Add two glasses of water, honey and lemon juice and mix well. 
  4. Get this chia lion drink to burn fat early in the morning.
